Brook M. Hastings 

Opening her general practice law firm in May 2016, Brook focuses on wills, estate planning, deed preparation and contract review and litigation. Prior to opening her own practice, she was employed by O’Brien & Ryan, LLP for eleven years where she served as associate counsel in all aspects of complex litigation.

Along with running her own practice, Brook dedicates many hours to pro bono work for Wills for Heroes (basic estate planning for first responders in Pennsylvania) and MCAP (child advocate and legal representative to children who are victims of abuse and neglect in Montgomery County, PA). She is a member of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bar and the State of New Jersey Bar with court admissions in the United States District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Brook also serves on the Montgomery County arbitration panel and renders decision on a variety of issues including personal injury and contract disputes. She has been awarded the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 and also more recently, Super Lawyers in 2023. She maintains memberships in the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association.

Brook Hastings received her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law and continued her education with a certificate in Estate Planning and LLM in Taxation.
